We provide technical support for many types and variations of equipment.  Some of those include:  Windows, Office, networks, network security, internet access, phones, servers, DVR's, security cameras, VPN's and others.  We also assist with the design and implementation of servers, networks, backup methodologies, proactive solutions to prevent or reduce virus problems, adware/spyware, increase the speed of slow computers and networks, preventative maintenance, etc.  If you have a problem or need that is not on this list, please contact our office and we will be glad to inform you on any other services we do.

The short list of the technologies we support:
Operating Systems:  Microsoft Windows and DOS (from the beginning to current)

Network Operating Systems:  Microsoft Windows Server and Novell (Microsoft - from the beginning to current, Novell, from 3.x to 5.x)

Hardware:  Dell, HP, Compaq, Toshiba, Sony, white box (clone), all processor types

Networks:  LAN, MAN, WAN, VPN, etc.

Software:  MS-Office and most other software.

Phone Systems:
basic add / move / change (MAC) on other systems

Structured cabling, some phone systems, some DVR's, CCTV, etc.

Our hourly rate starts at $79.00 per hour.  However, budgets of some organizations may not be able to afford these upgrades or repair costs.  That is why we solicit private and public funding to help reduce the hourly rate for those that need support.

How to hire us:
Any organization can hire us at the given hourly rate.  Those that seek financial assisstance with technical support however, will need to provide some basic information in order to see if they qualify for assistance through this program.  Then based upon available funding, specific need, organizations own budget, etc., a decision would be made.

What we don't do:
Printer repair, fax machine repair, programming, Mac's, web based development (see Web Members), home theater.  Others may apply.  Please contact the office by phone or via e-mail.

How you can help:

Many community groups receive funding for their outreach.  But often that funding just barely gets them by on the basic needs.  Then a need arises that no one expected and where is that money going to come from?  The network is down, they need more phone lines, there have been vandals breaking in and doing damage so they need to install security cameras.  These are unexpected costs and there may not be enough money to get these jobs done.  But with your donation already made to One Body Ministries, these groups can call and have assistance when they need it.  If those funds are not there, they have to wait.

Someone has a need, you desire to help.  The desire for this service is growing.  At this time we have to limit our outreach because of funds.  This is where you, the supporter come in.  In order to achieve our goal of reaching those in need of our services we need your support.  We are a 5013C charity.  Our work is funded by donations.  Please designate Tech Members as a recipient through One Body Ministry contributions.  Your generous donations are the primary source of our funding.  With your donations, these organizations can continue to do their work helping the community.
